Almond Butter Balls

 

An addictive fridge snack that I love to have on hand! A note about these - the type of almond butter you buy does make a difference. My favorite is MaraNatha Organic Raw Almond Butter (Creamy). This is the best and cleanest, and closest to if you were going to make your own almond butter, which is kind of a pain to do.


Ingredients

3/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp flax
1 tbsp adaptogens
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4-1 cup of oat flour (this will depend on the consistency of the almond butter you use. If it’s less watery use less) 


Directions

Blend the wet, then add the oat flour. To make oat flour, blitz your desired amount in a high speed blender. Leftovers can be stored for later.
